Input raw material stage:
Manual loading of 300-500Kg can be done at one time. The copper rods must be vertical and non-bendable, with a length of 3500±10mm. When there is no copper rod in the trough, the feeder will automatically eject and flip the copper rods to the corresponding trough. Three ejector pillars ensure that the copper rods are Parallel flipping, the maximum pushing force of the two sets of cylinders is 320Kg. The feeding clamp automatically grabs the copper rod and aligns it with the center of the end face of the previous copper rod. The shaped material trough corresponds to the heating furnace channel and automatically pushes the copper rod. The oil cylinder clamps the material and the servo pushes it. The motor power is 400 watts, and the two troughs take turns to feed materials into the heating furnace evenly.
Heating stage:
Graphite oil is sprayed and recycled before the copper rods are heated. The maximum capacity of the oil tank is 40 liters. The pressure wheel device ensures that the centers of the front and rear bars in the furnace are aligned.
Multiple groups of blowtorches in the furnace are closed for heating, and the copper rods are preheated for about 10 minutes after the machine is turned on. The independent constant temperature control system automatically adjusts the flame size according to the heating status of the copper rod, saving 60% of gas consumption compared with traditional heating furnaces.
The PLC touch screen can adjust the blank cutting length parameters at any time, and the displacement sensor controls the accuracy to ensure the optimal blank weight. No copper chip cutting: the blade can be used continuously for more than 15 days, and can continue to be used after polishing. Taking the example of 160T type, copper rod outer diameter 40mm, and daily production of 5,000 pieces: 64Kg of chips can be saved every day.
Automatically remove the material head. The length of the material head is controlled to be about 1.5 times the length of the material section to save raw materials. Accurate infrared thermometer, each heated material section will undergo automatic temperature measurement.
PLC touch screen buttons control ignition/off and accurately record output. The touch screen sets the heating temperature of the material section. The actual heating temperature is controlled at ±20°C. The material throwing temperature before stamping is set to prevent cold material stamping and ensure stable quality.
Stamping stage:
The swing manipulator grabs the material sections and puts them into the conveyor chain regularly to ensure that the manipulator entering the mold cavity accurately grasps them.
Conveyor chain device: The chain material is resistant to high temperatures and has a long service life.
Infrared thermometer 2 monitors the temperature before stamping. After the manipulator enters the mold cavity and grabs the material sections, it automatically rejects the material sections whose material temperature does not meet the set value, and the system records the quantity of cold materials at the same time.
The mold cavity manipulator accurately grabs and places the mold cavity into the mold cavity to ensure sustainable production, with a production rate of more than 600 pieces per hour and uninterrupted production.
After the blank is stamped and formed, it is automatically demoulded, and the elevator sends the blank into the material basket. The ejection device can push down the undemoulded blank again and at the same time spray the release agent to cool and lubricate the punch and mold.
